This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. We only process personal data when you visit the site (server logs at our hosting provider) and when you join the waitlist.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you open a page, Vercel processes technical data that every web server needs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser and operating system. This is required to deliver the site and to keep it secure (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in a working, secure website). Vercel keeps these logs only for a short time. Fonts are served from our own domain. Your browser does not connect to Google or any other font service.

If you join the waitlist we store your email address, the language of the page, the time of sign-up, which form you used, and where the sign-up came from: the page you came from on this site, or only the domain name of the external site (for example google.com), plus campaign parameters if the link had any. We use your address to send you what you signed up for: the PDF, the free 5-day email course and news about the course launch. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us; we then delete your data.

The waitlist is stored with Supabase Inc. on servers in Frankfurt (EU). Emails are sent via Dreamlit (Notika AI), which triggers the email sequence, and Resend Inc. (USA), which delivers the emails. Resend is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; for Supabase and Dreamlit, transfers outside the EU are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in their data processing agreements.

To filter out spam bots, the form checks a hidden field and how long the form was open. These checks happen when you submit and are not stored.

Links to other websites (for example LinkedIn or tool providers) only transfer data to those sites when you click them. Their own privacy policies apply there.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to me@josefwilhelm.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien, dsb.gv.at.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
